Public Land Gator Hunt

This is the traditional Florida alligator hunting experience. Public land hunts are conducted on assigned waterways during your designated harvest period through the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. These hunts are designed for individuals who have secured a valid alligator harvest permit and want a fully guided, hands-on experience.

You are the permit holder. We handle the rest.

DMFD Life provides the equipment, boat, and guidance to give you the best possible opportunity for success.

Important

You must have a valid permit, tags, and assigned harvest unit prior to booking. All hunts are conducted in accordance with state regulations.

Policies

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward the total cost of your hunt. Your date is not reserved until the deposit has been received and confirmed. All deposits are non-refundable.

The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card used for the deposit 72 hours prior to your scheduled trip unless otherwise arranged with management.

 

Reschedule Policy

We understand that plans can change.
Reschedules are permitted with at least 72 hours' notice and are subject to availability. Your deposit will be applied to your new booking date.


Reschedule requests made within 72 hours of your hunt may result in forfeiture of your deposit.


In the event of unsafe weather or conditions determined by your guide, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

 

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling (see Reschedule Policy).


Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled trip will result in loss of deposit and may be subject to additional charges depending on circumstances.


No-shows forfeit their full payment with no rescheduling options. You will be considered a "no-show" one hour after scheduled departure with no direct contact with your guide. (See "Who to Contact" in your confirmation email for contact details)
